Hello would appreciate some help please. My elderly aunt has damaged her Doro 6520. We have purchased a new phone. The pay as you go sim in the damaged phone still has credit - is it possible to transfer the phone number and sim to the new phone? We are having to do all this remotely because she is vulnerable during this time and we cannot visit her. She needs her mobile phone as a back up to her landline. Many thanks....
