Hi, has anyone ever succeeded in getting their PAC code over the phone? I have ported my number from vodafone to 02 PAYG successfully and now I want the Pac code so I can move to another network. I can't text PAC to the number suggested as I have not topped up so I rang customer services twice and got put on hold and cut off after 10 mins each time. I'm getting the feeling they don't want to give me the code! Also it says you can go to myO2 to request Pac code but when I click the relevant link it just loops back around to the same page! I thought it was meant to be easy to get Pac codes now because of ofcom regulations!

All info about your PAC is here

Edited to add, if you are PAYG you need to call 4445.
