O2 rewards

Hi all.

I've joined O2 rewards with an O2 issued number and all was good,but then I ported my number from virgin and now I can't login to rewards. I can't get a code when I am at login screen. Please does anyone have any ideas on this matter.

We're just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Thank you for this good advice, I was truly stumped as what I should do, apart from phoning CS being kept in a queue for goodness knows how long.
