URGENT! TOP-UP BUT NOT BE ABLE TO USE

Currently, I have GBP 20 balance, but it seems 0 on my o2 page.

I shouldn't top up again for it. How can I make my balance visible?

Actually, I am dealing with entering the voucher number for balance availability. 

I searched for the 'top-up entering voucher' on the site but couldn't find the form to enter the number.

Should I go to the store to be fixed this?

All ways to top up are here. Voucher included. You call 4444 the top up line to enter the code
