Hi all.I've joined O2 rewards with an O2 issued number and all was good,but then I ported my number from virgin and now I can't login to rewards. I can't get a code when I am at login screen. Please does anyone have any ideas on this matter.

Thanks for your response. I will check out the info you have kindly posted about, and hopefully this may help to at least clue me in to the vagaries of trying to port a number, fingers crossed anyway  q

Hi@CleoriffThank you for this good advice, I was truly stumped as what I should do, apart from phoning CS being kept in a queue for goodness knows how long.I really appreciate your help and suggestions, helping out this newbie
