Check if you have a charge to mobile block on your account and possibly even a spend cap - these settings interfere with rewards redemption. You may need to contact O2 for help, use the FB or Insta links in here Guide: How to find help & contact O2 - or call O2 free from your handset. If you have no spend cap or charge to mobile lock in place on the phone, then contact airtime rewards to see if they have sent the reward yet, @Ciarapower.
