The availability times for live chat are supposed to be:
Monday to Friday:
8am to 10pm
Saturday and Sunday:
8am to 5pm
However, if you tell us what your problem is there may be someone in the community that could help.
If it's an account query then we always recommend speaking to Customer Services, not live chat. As we are all customers here we wouldn't have access to your account.

@MightyJoeYoung The best time to call customer service is 8 - 8.30 am. You will be better placed to avoid a long time on hold if you call during that time.
