Not able to top up

Hey there,

I've been trying to top up my O2 with no luck for awhile now. Keep getting error with processing the card asking me to use a different one but issue happens with any card I try. Any work around?

It looks as if you will need to contact O2 customer services 

You can ask o2 customer services on social media 

They are on Facebook twitter and Instagram

Your first top up needs to be by voucher. You can only use cards once they have been registered on system for PAYG. There have been a few people recently with card problems though. This guide will show you all ways to top up Guide How to Top Up (PAYG)
