I have no signal on my SIM card it was working few days ago and yesterday but isn't working now I have checked the network checker it's nothing to do with that what else could it be has someone used my number as I have had few texts in past from O2 saying about phone cap etc when I am not on contract I have reported this but now I'm worried my number is being used as fraud or been disconnected for nothing I have important people who have my number who can't contact me now I do not want another number can someone please help me if I got a replacement SIM card would I be able to transfer my number that I'm using to new SIM card???

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Or is it because I haven't topped up for few weeks or so that they disconnected it
