to cancel a sim card

i wish to cancel my sim card ,i rang this morning as was told i could cancel my sim card as o2 wont work in my work place ??so i have a new sim and wish to cancel this o2 sim i can nor ring as my new sim is not o2 so i carnt ring to cancel ??failing any help hear i'll have to go into the shop and do it that way hope you can do this for me thanking you kathie lorraine hewitt.

This is not O2, @9371 - your option to go into an O2 shop is a good one, remember to take some photo id with you. Good luck.
