Solved: Network problems

Hi my phone is driving me mental today. Im on pay as you go and the balance is fine. I can't send or receive text messages since 11am and the same with WhatsApp and Facebook messenger. I can send and receive messages on WhatsApp to one group only and to one individual. Can any one help? 2 advisors have hung up on me at O2 because they couldn't answer my questions. I've turned it on and off, taken the SIM out and checked it, switched mobile data off and on again but still nothing. The phone isnt damaged at was working fine until 11am
