Mobile data being charged for

Hi I’ve topped up my PAYG account in the same way as every other month. However this time if I leave Mobile data switched on I’m being charged. I have a 2GB entitlement, but in a 24 hour period have been charged £1.33 from my account balance. This has never happened before, why has it just started? Any advice would be welcome. My phone is an iPhone SE 2nd edition. All software is up to date.

It's obviously an error so call 4445 to get it checked.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
OnePlus 6 (O2 & Sfr), Z3 Tablet (Three UK), iPhone 8+ (EE)
