We often say on here that Live Chat is available via the MyO2 app, but I cannot find Live Chat on my MyO2.
Is the Live Chat facility only available on MyO2 for pay monthly customers ? Or am I looking in the wrong place on my PAYG MyO2 ?

Agreed @MI5, I have two O2 PAYG SIMs and the MyO2 features look significantly curtailed when compared to the image that @pgn has shared above.

Incidentally, my random observation is that Live Chat seems to be available on far fewer occasions on the shop pages than was the case say six months' ago.
