Lost my Payg Sim card

Hi support 

Hope you're doing well so basically I'm on holidays in my country and gone through a tragic event of robbery and my both phones were snatched yesterday in which both of my local as well as my O2 Sim card was in that phone and my passport each and everything was robbed last night so I wanna know that can u guys give me a new Sim card on my same number I can pay for the replacement as well but this number is really important to me so kindly do response me with an alternative email of mine on which I have access right now which is [Removed]

Your replacement sim will only be sent to your UK registered address.
