Hi, bought a new phone with a £10 top up put new SIM in phone and it obviously took the credit then I swapped new number for old number now saying no balance. Why?

Credit is exchanged for allowances https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-as-you-go/big-bundles

It's saying I need to top up, won't allow me to phone or text, it was only bought on Saturday.
