I've just changed to a £10 rolling big bundle and topped up £10 but it's not showing on my account

I've just changed to a £10 rolling big bundle and topped up £10 but it's not showing on my account and the £10 credit had been taken from my account but it's still showing I'm on my old tariff.  Why and how long does it take to change because I need to make a phone call soon

You need to set up a continuous payment for a rolling plan.
