I’ve lost my pay monthly phone unfortunately. Is it possible to get the number cancelled ?

O2 will send you a new sim with the same number so you can still use it in another phone and carry on with your contract.

Edit: Slightly confusing post from the OP as they said pay monthly in their post but posted in Pay & Go.
