i was wondering if there is a way to retrieve a list of incoming calls I've received this month as my call log history disappeared and a vital number i needed and didn't have saved is one i need access to

The only way to get anything on PAYG is via an subject access request, but as @jonsie says, it will only be outgoing calls and messages.
