Been trying to get my number off my 02 sim for the last hour... Seems excessive spoke to live chat twice, been told to send a text to 2020 it doesn't send now been told to post here

Just so you know, we are all customers on here with no access to your account, so if customer service won't help you, I'd suggest Vodafone or EE
