Hi!
I tried to top up my phone number for the first time after I switched to o2 from another network, but I can't. After I entered all my details, it s says I can't top up, to try another card or contact my bank. I tried another card, still not working, I start to be *bleep* off so much. I called to them and they said they have a problem to try later on. The thing is that I press on auto top up, and there they took from my bank account £16, but it doesn't show in my o2 balance.
Anybody has any idea what is going on and how I can fix this problem?

First top up do by Voucher and then you should be OK
