Hi, I wonder if someone could help with my query please. I have just signed up a for a new payg sim and just topped up and texted "FREE10" to 21500. However I'm getting a message saying " it looks like this offer isn't for you" I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong?

You need to call O2 to apply it for you. If 4445 doesnt work then try any of the numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Generally the system needs 24 hours to update after the top up,  so try again tomorrow.

If still not working, call O2 on 4445 and they will apply the credit.
