Hi,
It is getting frustrating trying to get my PAC code from O2. I text the word PAC to 65075, but each time I get an automated response stating there was a problem processing my request and to try again later. I'm on PAY AS You Go and have credit so that isn't the problem. I've also spoken to somebody Monday evening and Tuesday morning, the person I spoke to Tuesday states 24 - 48 hours before receiving a code. Going on the OFCOM website it should be within a few minutes to receive this code. Just O2 being difficult, but they are also difficult in their stupid reasoning for not delivering phones to an address not registered to your debit / credit card, unlike E.E. Can somebody get their a$$ in gear and do what they should be doing or else I complain to OFCOM.

For info, you need to follow the O2 complaints process and if no resolution from that, OFCOM will then intervene on your behalf.
