Free £10 credit. It looks like the offer isn’t for me?

Hello just topped up and text 21500 FREE10 and recieved a text saying the offer isn’t for me? I’ve still got the o2 packaging what says I’ll recieve £10?

 

it expires in 4 days the offer? Can anyone help?

You need to call 4445 to get them to take a look, @Elsdon3939 - around 08:15 is usually a good time to get a chance of a sensible answer. Good luck!

2 of the usual "gotchas" listed below.

 

8. Free Credit and will be applied to the mobile phone number printed on the Qualifying SIM, which must remain available and linked to the Qualifying SIM at the point of applying the Free Credit. If the mobile phone number has been changed or can no longer be verified, it will be disqualified from receiving Free Credit.

9. SIM cards acquired through any other channel or returned within the Change-Your-Mind period do not qualify for this Offer. SIMs acquired through third party distributors are excluded and will not qualify for this Offer.
