FREE10 not working

Just received my new sim and offered free10 credit but when trying to text it doesn't send.  Tried 4445 but it just keeps asking how I would like to topup and can never get to speak to someone

You need to top up first. 

The first top up needs to be done with a voucher. 

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
