I cannot get through to an agent due to only being PAYG customer. I need help, I have been told I am out of data however on the app it only shows the 8gb I was initially given, however I had big bundle deals which made this 20gb. I need the other 12gb as essential..

You will need to check this with o2 customer services 

You can contact o2 customer services here 

Either call them on 202 from your mobile phone, or 0344 809 0202 (or 0800 032 1402).

Alternatively message them on social media:

Will @Chel5ea not need to 'phone 4445 for Customer Services, rather than 202, as this is a PAYG query ?

202 will put the op through to an agent, but the correct number is 4445 or 0344 809 0222
