I cannot get through to an agent due to only being PAYG customer. I need help, I have been told I am out of data however on the app it only shows the 8gb I was initially given, however I had big bundle deals which made this 20gb. I need the other 12gb as essential..

Either call them on 202 from your mobile phone, or 0344 809 0202 (or 0800 032 1402).
