Hi. Can anyone offer any advice please? I'm on a big bundle tariff which is £10. I usually just call 1111 and top up that way but decided to go online and have my payments set up to come out on a certain date. I chose the date at the time, thinking it would take payment and start from then (yesterday). I got confirmation that my payment had been successfull but my bundle isn't active. So I feel like I've just paid £10 for nothing really. Has anyone else had this happen? Thanks
