This has nothing to do with your plan, but your phone...

You cant recover calls at all.  And SMS can only be recovered on Android if you backed them up using a 3rd Party tool or for Apple using iCloud..

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
