How to contact O2 business support

I have been trying to access Business support and dial 0800 977 7337 and just get a circular loop telling my O2 is going through a platform migration and I should dial the above number!  How on earth do I contact Business support - live chat seems to be unavailable 1pm on a tuesday - middle of the working day!  Round and round in more frustrating circles.
