Solved: Change my sim

Hello, I lost my phone and had to get a new one. I now need my O2 to be switched to my new number but obviously don’t have access to my old phone to receive a code

You need to report it lost and O2 will send a new sim with your number on it Guide: Lost or Stolen O2 Device? - How to Report it
