@EmilieT If you purchase a sim in the shop and it’s got credit on already is this classed as a first top up or should I expect the same when I try to top up myself for the first time?

@AnonymousIf your card has credit on when bought that's fine, as it's bought with credit applied...but YOUR first top up should always be by voucher. Madness I know, but over the past 2 years this has been a constant requirement. (Though O2 won't admit to it)

PS apologies for replying when you particularly tagged Emilie, but as I wrote the guidelines, I know I had to change them when it became apparent a voucher was required for a first top up :slight_frown:
