Hi, I have tried live chat but its always busy. I need a payment plan as I cant afford my last bill so need to set up some sort of plan. I cant telephone as im quite hard of hearing. PLease help?

Sorry but you have to call them and ask to speak to the payment management team. They are the only people who can set up a payment plan Guide: How to find help & contact O2
