Can’t top up my phone

Hi, I can’t top Up my phone, it says the number isn’t a pay as you go number, even though it is. Can this be resolved?

Phone 4444 from any O2 mobile, or call 03456 06 22 77 from any mobile phone (a standard price call, so probably "free", ie included in your allowance).

All the correct numbers are in the link shared by @Cleoriff above, but  do not ring the Premium Rate Number 08456... that is given in the O2 Top Up pages, 65p a minute!
