Big bundle extra data promotion

I joined o2 today, activated a £20 big bundle....i was expecting 60gb a month data for three months but I've only got 30gb. How long does this take to appear? :slight_smile:

It will be seen as a bolt on in My O2. Once the 30gb is used the remainder will commence.

Well I contacted o2 this morning, the first advisor pratically refused to help me and was quite forceful in trying to sell me a contract. Hung up when I said no.

 

The second states that its only 60GB instead of 30GB when you've been with o2 for three months - although this is clearly not what the website states - it reads quite clearly that the double data promotion is applied for the FIRST three months.

 

Can anyone clarify what is actually going on here, because i'm not getting the best first impression to be honest 😞
