Can'r receive calls

My pay as you go SIM can't receive calls, can someone help please? I've used live chat, called & been in-store but none have helped.

@dan-leo When you were in-store, did they do a swap for a new sim card? If not, why not?

The standard reference here for this type of issue is Guide: How can I sort out my network issues? and, for PAYG, if you have run out of credit, Guide How to Top Up (PAYG) - but as @Bambino writes above, the Store personnel should have checked this all for you.
