Can I add a second number to My02?

I only have one email address, and as it is already registered I could not create a new account with it. Also, it's a bit awkward having a separate account for each number anyway, so adding more than one number to the same My02 account is what I am looking for.

The problem is that bringing in other products usually requires the product to be registered to a different email address. If you only have the one, most providers let you set up an alias email address which can be used for this but it has no impact on your normal email. Who is your email provider?

Yes, just login with your current account and purchase a new phone. Make sure you don’t upgrade though. You need a new contract.

Or, if you already have another just use the option to “Bring in other products” on the Home page of your MyO2.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@EmilieTUnfortunately, there simply is no option to add a second number in an existing My02 account. The only option seems to be that I need a separate My02 account for each number, which is not at all helpful.

I am surprised, I cannot be the only person who has more than one O2 mobiles, it seems to be such an obvious feature.

There is a way of doing but as I said, you do need to create another email/throwaway address. That's assuming you already have the two mobile phone numbers.
