Calls and texts not working from Europe

Hi there,
I recently changed from Vodafone to O2 and kept my number. Then I activated Bundle and I'm currently in Italy. The Mobile Data Network (for payasyougo) seems to be correct as I can surf with the Roaming without problems, it's just receiving/making calls and texts that doesn't work at all.
Can you please let me know if there's anything that should be done (i.e. settings) and/or a specific activation to use calls/texts?

Hi,

Yes I still have this issue. I also called the customer service but they told me that I don’t have any restrictions. So I should have been contacted by the IT team to troubleshoot this further, however I’m still waiting.

I’m just wondering if the network I’m currently on could be the reason: WINDTRE
