Calling 4444 to top up voucher says call barred

Been trying to top up using o2 voucher but when I dial 4444 it says my call is restricted, currently on roaming services. Need help asap

If you are abroad have you actually followed the information on the o2 site

Call 4444 free from your mobile anywhere in the world. If the country doesn't allow shortcode dialling, enter *111*# and press the call button. Have your debit or credit card handy and follow the instructions. You can also use top-up vouchers abroad. Or top up online using Web top-up.

If not you will need to use another phone and call customer services on +44 7860 980 202

@James25 Another alternative is to use the mobile top up link @Cleoriff provided and buy another voucher and then use the one you already have when you return to the UK.

NO, no-one from 'tech' works on this forum. We are all customers like yourself. Please ring the numbers I gave you in post 6 on here. They are the only people who can help.

Problem is all the numbers above I tried and same response, call restricted and I bought the voucher from the link cleoriff gave, but I got the voucher number through my email was not credited to the account

Your only other option is to call the international customer services from another phone and they can apply the voucher code or use the *111*# number which dials you back

Hi @Perrylove247 - Topping-up whilst roaming can be difficult - have you tried to use the short code

*111*# and press the call button ?
