Hi does anyone know how to cancel a Big Bundle? I topped up and 02’s charged me for the money I topped up for a big bundle when I don’t want this.

O2 only do bundles now.

If you want the old style PAYG you need to switch to Tesco or giffgaff who both use O2 network.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Do you know what will happen if I don’t pay for the bundle next month? Will it just cut off?

You won't be cut off for6 months but you will just not be able to make calls, send texts or use data.

Incoming calls and texts will still work and also wifi will still work.

Yes, the bundle you get depends on which tariff you are on.

Do you know what happens if you top up but you don’t have enough to pay for the next bundle? Would it just stick with the same one?

Your bundle won't renew without enough credit but if you want to change your bundle, you have to change it in your MyO2.

How about if I don’t want to renew it but I just want more credit? Will I still be able to add more credit?

@Sana71878 You can only add more credit during the current month whilst bundle is active, to use as credit.

Credit, if sufficient, will be taken to renew bundle automatically on your anniversary date.

Edit: Insufficient credit cannot be used as credit after the bundle has expired.
