At the end of July I went to paygo sim as it offered more data for less money than my pay monthly contract with o2. Since this moment i have not been able to make calls, send texts or access mobile data. I can receive texts and calls. I can use wifi. I cannot get through to o2 for help as I have to call 4445 and all calls fail when i try. I don't have another phone or landline and live chat is only for pay monthly customers. Can anyone help me resolve this please? I am really regretting changing to paygo as I cannot get any assistance with my issue and noone responds to emails.

Live chat is not just for pay monthly at all, but as you are struggling, I would suggest you pop into your local O2 store or I'll ask @O2Lisa to check in with you on Monday.
