Wrong balance showing after topping up

I topped up my PAYGo phone yesterday and received a receipt saying top up was successful, followed by a text from O2 informing me of the new balance. However, it is still the old balance showing on my phone today - why?

I didnt receive my money back size 02.04.20

I did order pay and go phone via o2 website but next day i did receive an email sayin that theyre out of stock and, i did ask for refund then but i didnt receive anything from o2 since 02.04.20, what i should do? Please help
