Hey, I would like to know why my account shows 0.06£? On what I used all my balance? I have unlimited texts and data, right? How I need to top up balance? Every month or you will charge it? Can I still use my texts and data when balance is nearly 0? If I would like to call somebody now I need to add just a few £ or whole 10£?

Minimum top up is £10.

You call and text allowances are only to UK numbers Guide: Your Allowances - what is and isn't included

International calls and texts are chargeable and will come from credit.

You can still call and text UK numbers with a zero balance as long as you have allowances remaining.

You have to top up every month to renew your allowances Guide How to Top Up (PAYG)
