I have tried the chat line many times, I have spent over half an hour with an in-store guru and yet I still cannot get what, to me, seems to be a simple request, so perhaps someone out there can assist. I cannot auto top-up my phone because, no matter what I do (cancel my account, change log in information, etc) I keep being returned to a page that states that I have been suspended from auto top-up I can top up using the web based page but several months ago the auto top-up feature worked but has now stopped and that's all that I would like. Please can anyone come up with a solution as, to date, nobody has been able to help
