Hello,

I bought a pay as you go SIM from Coop. It was £15 for 15 GB data. However, it was also promised until the 30th June I can text 3xdata to receive 45GB. However, when I text this, the reply is that my credit is 0. Any ideas how I receive the extra data?

Credit is exchanged for allowances so unless you top up with more money it will be zero.
