i bought a pay as you go sim card for £15 worth 15gb and i put it inside my phone yesterday , but when i look at my balance on my o2 it says £0 . i cannot call , text or use my data?

Can someone please tell me if O2 like with the classic tariff have honoured the big talker tariff for customers that are either already on it? or the sim activation before date had not expired.
