Hi, I got my bill and it shows that I have been changed for the unsolicited data/information sent to me, at the cost of £3.75. I did not request this and I treat this as a theft. Where can I report this? And most important - how can I protect myself against such charges in the future.

Also call customer service and ask them to block Premium Rate numbers and charge to mobile.

I have used a checker and checked this number 65099. This is a Cyprus company that was going to send me a smoothie recipe twice a month - for the price of £3.35 each time. I am really pleased that I have found this out. I asked them to refund the payment, we shall see.

Both myself and my husband have this charge on our bills and neither of us has subscribed to anything. Not only that both of us have had tariff changes on our account which we did not request. The Echat is proving tiresome try8ng to resolve it !

The unknown tariff changes are far more important to resolve.

The are reversing the tariff change and I’ve requested a full investigation as to where the changes came from !
They have given a number to call to get a refund for the £3.75 - 0333313790 so about to try that.
Something definitely wrong here !
