Hi, I got my bill and it shows that I have been changed for the unsolicited data/information sent to me, at the cost of £3.75. I did not request this and I treat this as a theft. Where can I report this? And most important - how can I protect myself against such charges in the future.

Hi Chrissie,
Follow the link above and you'll find an email address to the company. I would be distrustful to call them. I wrote an email, they investigated and promised to give me money back. Plus, I requested to remove me from their data base immediately- otherwise, we could have this problem again. It's not just the money, but the fact that they can charge you whenever they need funds. Got the check for £4.50 (£3.75 + 20%) from the company today and their written confirmation that they had removed me from their data base.
