The issues with the phone (HTC One M9) are

1) cracked camera lens cover

2) broken power button

The first issue is out of warranty, I am not sure about the second.

Still waiting for the quote to come back , I have insurance through my bank so max I will pay will be £50.

I will update this with info as I get it.

Enter 'Anovo' into the search box at the top and you will see our reluctance to recommend them. We always advise contacting the manufacturer direct.

Hi @Anonymous,

Can you please try the below link?

https://diagnostics.o2.co.uk/track-my-repair/

Also, whereabouts on the website did you find the link you have been trying to use up to now?

^^^ That one is working OK

This link works

https://diagnostics.o2.co.uk/track-my-repair/

thanks Toby

however the repair number doesn't !

the repair number does at least match the one on the receipt I got from the O2 store that processed the paper work and sent off the phone.

I got the url and repair number from an email from

O2repair@o2mail.co.uk

so at the moment I have a draining sensation regarding my levels of confidence

Hi
I had a similar issue with the repair URL which came direct from the email from o2...

I then looked at the receipt which they emailed to me [rather than hard copy so I had proof of sending] and lo and behold, there's a different URL on it.

Email link www.o2.co.uk/repairs

Receipt link diagnostics.o2.co.uk/track-my-repair/

The receipt URL works but when I copy and paste my details in I get the dreaded ""

Bear in mind that I took my phone into an o2 shop in Liverpool on the 20th July - I did a live chat a few days ago and they didn't help - told me to contact the store direct - tried doing that several times this morning and it just keeps ringing and ringing...

Cheers

Alun

Sorry to hear about this @Anonymous. Could you possibly PM me a copy/paste of that email? I want to ensure it's link and info take you to the right place.

Same problem here...email says...

We're sending your phone to our repair centre to get it up and running again. We'll let you know when it's there.

In the meantime, you can track it online, go to www.o2.co.uk/repairs and type in your repair number 0813070000814 and your postcode.

Thanks

That link can't be found, when i use the dianogstics one given in previous mails, no repair found......awesome....13days now been trying to get my phone fixed....O2 make me want to cry...
