"Your bill is 900% higher this month, why? Because we refuse to warn you when you use your allowance and we can charge way more". That how O2 does business and keep disappointing its customers. Well done there!

I'm on contract through sister in law name and accont details but I think she is scamming me as every mnth I'm getting a emailed bill from sis in law requesting £47.68 I'm not able to discuss due the account details etc please help

Sadly there is very little we can do for you. We have no access to any account details as this is a customer to customer forum. If you think your sister in law is scamming you ...its her you need to speak to. Ask her to show you proof that the bill is £47.68 per month...

She will be able to access My O2 and show you the cost of the monthly bill?

You can download the My O2 app on your phone and see how much your bill is each month http://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-o2
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

Even O2 won't be able to assist you due to the DPA so your only possible help has to come from your sister in law. Just stop paying her until she either shows you a proper bill or gives you access to My O2 to check yourself. The only loser will be her as she is responsible for any debt on the account.

Awkward I know but we really can't give you much help on this.

She will need the log in details though to set it up initially...
