Hi,
I cant access my voice mail. Done the codes. Voice mail tells me I need to speak to customer service because the number is not registerd. I switched from a different net work but took the old number. All is working apart from the voice mail.
Stores are shut and the web-side Aura is useless.
Does anybody know how to get the voice mail up and running?

If you need to contact O2, all numbers are in this guide. The number ending in 4005 is the best one to try.

If you've recently ported in, the system may not have caught up with everything yet. If you need to speak to customer service, all available numbers are below. 0800587 4005 seems to get good results. Select any option. Even fraud or lost/stolen if necessary.

@Anja Default pin is 8705 and you just dial 901 to access voicemail.
